 1.  Office Administrator

Job Type   Office Administration Job Location   Ohio-Cleveland/Akron Job Level   Junior Level Start Date   t.b.d. Job Title   Office Administrator Job Description   Office Administrator - The individual will participate in ALL aspects of WRSG’s office administration with close management supervision and mentoring including: General Office Operations, Human Resource, and Accounting Support, Maintenance of Positive Relationships with Current and Newly Engaged Customers, Assistance with Sales and Marketing Material Generation, Assistance in Market Research and Analysis, Assistance in Product and Service Offering Development. Job Requirements   • The applicant must be a highly organized professional who is attentive to detail, customer service driven and able to work in confidence with personnel, client and project information. • The applicant should have a background in business administration and human resources support. • The applicant must be willing and able to develop a working knowledge of WRSG's core service offerings and understand their proper application in a business environment in able to assist with general customer support and system documentation preparation. • The following skills would be pluses:     i.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and Windows Application End-User Interfaces.    ii.  Background in Business Accounting (Double-Entry) and Knowledgeable in Accounting Software.    iii.  Interest in Technology Documentation and Testing Processes. (The primary technologies utilized at WRSG include: Microsoft Applications, Microsoft .NET languages and technologies, MS SQL Server, and Oracle databases) • The positions hours will be flexible between 8:30am – 6:30pm based on candidate availability and may be reviewed and changed as required. Job Type   IT - Programming/Development, IT- Web Design/Development, IT- Management Information Systems, IT- Database Administration/Entry, IT- Computer Science Job Location   Ohio-Cleveland/Akron Job Level   Mid-Level Start Date   t.b.d. Job Title   Programmer / Analyst - Software Developer Job Description   Mid-Level Programmer / Analyst and Software Developer position. The individual will participate in ALL aspects of software development with supervision and mentoring from development staff in: Research, Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Installation, and Maintenance of software, Team and Solo Software development, Database Administration, Web Site administration, Web / Desktop, and PDA / Pocket PC Application development, including light system administration utilizing MS Windows Platforms. The primary technologies we use at WRSG are: Microsoft .NET languages and technologies, MS Sql Server, and Oracle. Job Requirements   • The applicant must be able to express problem solving skills using a computer programming language. • Object oriented software design concepts • Must know at least one of the following languages, asp.net, vb.net, vb, C#, c, c , Perl, COBOL, php, asp, or Java • Must be willing to learn, take direction from others, and implement software within the constraints of WRSG’s guidelines. • Must be able to use reference materials to learn language syntax. • The following skills would be pluses, but not necessary: - HTML Syntax, XML Syntax Cascading Style Sheets, Java script, VB Script, Windows Command Line, Unix Shell • The positions hours will be flexible between 9:00am – 6:00pm and may be reviewed and changed as needed.
